If you follow our care instructions, they should not fade. Strideline socks should be machine washed on cold and tumble dried on low. Do not bleach.

Orders & Delivery

To add a message/request/note to your order, visit your cart and click "Add order note".

Everywhere in the contiguous United States and Canada.

Domestic orders:
When you spend $50 USD or more, shipping is free! If you spend under $50 USD, shipping is $6.95 USD.

International orders:
When you spend $250 USD or more, shipping is free! If you spend under $250 USD, shipping is a flat rate of $39.99 USD

Note: There may be duty, import taxes, customs, etc., charges imposed by your home country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and complete payment of these charges.

UPS SurePost®

For domestic orders, UPS SurePost® typically takes 3-5 business days to deliver after processing.

For international orders please allow 6-10 business days.

After successfully checking out, you will immediately receive an order confirmation.

On average, we ship orders 1-2 days after payment, which is exactly when you can expect a tracking code.

If your order has not been shipped and you are looking to cancel/change it, please contact us at support@strideline.com.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. To request a refund please email support@strideline.com with your order number.

All refunds for cancelled orders will be credited back up to 10 business days after the date of purchase.

With the exception of fradulent orders, we do not refund purchases for gift cards.
